2. The Head Line
The head line typically runs across the middle portion of the palm.

A relatively straight head line is sometimes interpreted as representing logical or practical thinking.
A more curved line may traditionally be associated with creativity, imagination, or intuitive thinking.
The actual shape of this crease, however, is determined by the anatomy and movement of your hand—not your intelligence.
3. The Life Line
The life line is perhaps the most famous palm line.
It usually curves around the base of the thumb toward the wrist.
Despite its name, traditional palmistry does not necessarily interpret it as a countdown of how long someone will live.
