Two favorites in one dessert: Raffaello and fresh strawberries. The combination is every bit as dreamy as it sounds. This strawberry Raffaello tiramisu layers creamy mascarpone with fruity strawberries, delicate coconut, and soft ladyfingers for a spoonful of pure bliss that melts in your mouth. Creamy, fruity, sweet, and with that subtle hint of coconut that ties it all together. Quickly layered, then the refrigerator does all the work overnight. One spoonful and the whole table falls silent

Raffaello chocolates into one half, and stir the strawberry purée into the other half.

Briefly dip the ladyfingers in milk or strawberry juice and arrange them on the bottom of a dish. Spread the Raffaello-strawberry cream over the sponge cake and, if desired, add a little strawberry puree. Arrange a second layer of soaked sponge cake on top and cover with the strawberry cream.

Decorate with the remaining strawberry puree, fresh strawberries, and Raffaello chocolates. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4–5 hours, preferably overnight. Enjoy!
